high-voltage substation)<\/p><p>According to the law on the establishment of\u00a0<a>special economic zones<\/a>, the purpose of establishing these zones is to support economic activities, establish\u00a0<a>international trade relations<\/a>, promote\u00a0<a>regional economic development<\/a>\u00a0and production and processing of goods,\u00a0<a>transfer technology<\/a>, re-export, foreign transit, transshipment, create\u00a0<a>sustainable employment<\/a>, and attract domestic and foreign investment.<\/p><p>Since the\u00a0<a>Sarkhs Special Economic Zone<\/a>\u00a0is a multi-purpose special zone, it has extensive activities in production and processing (attracting domestic and foreign investment) as well as transportation and presence of leaders and high-ranking representatives of more than 70 countries of the world, with the connection of the important and vital Mashhad-Sarkhs-Tajn railway, which is a vital artery connecting the countries of the Asian region. It connected Central and Russia to China to the open waters and was formed on a land area of 5290 hectares with the goals of infrastructure, construction and development, economic growth and
